Follow-ups, without the guesswork.
A simulated clock makes the two-day reminder cycle visible.
Reminder queue
Quotation reminders recur every 48 hours while acceptance is outstanding. Acceptance stops them immediately.
Activity trail SIMULATED
Your simulated email outbox.
Inspect content, try a delivery failure, and retry the same message.
See the vision. Then agree the work.
Use this prototype for Khushi’s review before committing to scope or payment.
What you can review today
A standalone HTML demonstration of steps 6–11: student tracking, four-factor quotations, explicit approval, parent acceptance, reminders, payment instructions, manual confirmation and a private-folder preview.
All prices, messages and access controls are illustrative. This page has no authentication, real email, scheduled jobs, payment processing, database or Google Drive permissions. Demo state is saved locally in this browser, not in a shared database. Use Reset demo to start again. Do not enter real personal information.
Proposed implementation
A secured admin system with persistent student records; approved pricing and quote versions; email delivery and monitoring; parent acceptance records; scheduled reminders; manual payment verification; individual Drive folders with restricted permissions; welcome email to student with parent CC; testing, deployment and handover.
Consultation, screening and NeetoCal automation (steps 1–5), application counselling after onboarding, and automatic bank reconciliation are outside this proposed scope.
What does US$600 cover?
Unconfirmed. The supplied transcript mentions a requested 50% advance, but does not establish a US$600 scope or an accepted payment agreement.
Before payment, both parties should explicitly choose whether US$600 is for the prototype only, a precisely listed implementation, or an initial phase/deposit. Specify whether this demo is included or separately billable.
If US$600 is agreed as the total project fee, a proposed 50/50 split is US$300 on written scope approval and US$300 after agreed acceptance checks. This is a proposal, not an invoice or authorization to begin.
Itemize hosting, email/automation subscriptions, taxes, bank fees, maintenance, support period, revision allowance, ownership and change requests. State which are included and which cost extra; no ongoing maintenance is assumed.
Decisions for Khushi
Approve the visual direction and workflow; supply the final price matrix, package inclusions, seasonal boundaries and currencies; confirm sender, terms, payment routes and folder access; agree delivery milestones and February/March target year; then sign scope, fee and payment milestones.
